About The Opportunity

Healthcare Clinical Services & Hospital Care sector. We provide on-site medical coverage across inpatient wards, emergency response, and primary clinical care to a diverse patient population in India. This role suits clinicians who deliver safe, timely, and protocol-driven care within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Role:

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location:

On-site IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day inpatient and emergency medical care: assess, stabilise, treat, and escalate patients per hospital protocols.
  • Conduct regular ward rounds, document care plans, and hand over concise clinical summaries to consultants and nursing teams.
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform immediate life-saving interventions including airway, breathing, and circulation management.
  • Perform common bedside procedures (IV cannulation, wound suturing, catheterisation) and ensure post-procedure monitoring.
  • Coordinate referrals and investigations with specialists, radiology, and laboratory services to expedite diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in the hospital EMR, ensure medication safety, and follow infection-control and compliance protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • MBBS degree with valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council (state or national).
  • Proven clinical experience in hospital wards and emergency settings as an RMO, house officer, or similar role.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in acute patient assessment, emergency resuscitation, and ECG interpretation.
  • Competence in common bedside procedures: IV cannulation, wound suturing, catheterisation.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and accurate clinical documentation practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in triage or emergency department rotations in a multi-specialty hospital.
  • Prior exposure to ICU/critical-care monitoring and ventilator basics.
  • Additional certifications in trauma life support or emergency medicine courses.
