MBBS Doctor

Position Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused MBBS doctor to join our professional team at a leading slimming and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the medical oversight of weight loss programs, assess client suitability for non-surgical slimming treatments, and provide continuous clinical support throughout the client's wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical assessments and health screenings of clients prior to initiating slimming or aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalized weight loss and wellness plans in collaboration with dietitians, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches.
• Oversee and approve the use of non-invasive slimming technologies (e.g., ultrasound cavitation, EMS, cryolipolysis) based on clinical indications.
• Monitor clients’ medical status during weight loss programs and provide follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications, supplements, or diagnostic tests when medically appropriate.
• Educate clients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, and health maintenance.
• Manage any adverse reactions or complications from treatments and ensure client safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in line with clinic policies.
• Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and guidelines relevant to slimming and aesthetic medicine.

Requirements: Education & Certification:

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license/registration as per local health authority requirements.
• Certification or training in aesthetic medicine, weight management, or lifestyle medicine (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 0–1 years of clinical experience, preferably in a wellness, slimming, or outpatient setting.
• Experience with non-surgical cosmetic procedures or slimming treatments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
