Job Description: As a dynamic Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollments by utilizing your strong communication skills, sales expertise, and counseling abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential students, counsel them on educational opportunities, and achieve admission targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential students through cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries. - Generate leads from various sources such as social media, websites, and walk-ins. - Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students. - Counsel students and parents on various courses, universities, and admission procedures. - Understand student requirements and offer appropriate educational solutions. - Assist students in completing applications and documentation processes. - Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets. - Develop strategies to enhance student conversion rates. - Address objections and resolve student/parent concerns effectively. - Monitor industry trends, competitive institutes, and market demand. - Propose enhancements in marketing strategies to attract more students. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. - Ensure timely follow-ups with students to facilitate the admission process. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. - Maintain records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in CRM tools. - Prepare reports on sales progress and student engagement. - Coordinate with different departments to streamline the admission process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
