Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Noida, for an MBA/PGDM Counselor. The MBA/PGDM Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, assisting with university selection, and guiding them through the application process. This includes tasks such as understanding students' goals and preferences, helping with course selection, essay writing, and interview preparation. The counselor will also ensure that all necessary documents and forms are accurately and promptly completed for application submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personalized counseling and support to students
• Strong knowledge of MBA/PGDM programs and university selection processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience and knowledge in the education counseling sector
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
