The program is designed to empower students to grow into confident, capable professionals ready to make their mark in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP) and Career Opportunity Presentations (COP) to recruit Advisors and Partners.
  • Manage group sessions, recruitment drives, and onboarding activities for the Agency Partner Channel.

Eligibility

  • Open to current MBA students.
  • Part-time and distance MBA students are eligible.
  • Academic Background: No restriction on undergraduate stream or specialization.
