We have requirement for a fresher HR resource. MBA hr just passed out preferred. BBA HR with 1 year experience can also apply.
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
· Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
· BBA with HR experience or MBA HR. Any other graduate with HR experience.
· Additional HR training will be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
