Assistant Retail Manager

Company: Swiss Group India Pvt. Ltd – Luxury Watches

Job description:

Drive sales of premium luxury timepieces by assisting in daily store operations and supporting sales strategies.
Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Support store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Assist the Retail Manager in supervising staff performance, customer handling, and floor management.
Ensure high standards of store hygiene, product display, and overall service excellence in line with brand guidelines.

Salary: Up to 33000/-

Qualification: MBA graduates (Any stream)

Skills: Strong communication skills, good English proficiency
