Kinship Foundation is expanding its German language nurse training and mobility program. We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA graduate with 01 year experience who is organised, comfortable with communication, and eager to build a career in EdTech operations and counselling. The role focuses on online admission counselling and operations management for nurse candidates.
1. Admission Counselling (Online Only)
- Conduct online counselling sessions with potential candidates.
- Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
- Manage enquiries and follow up through the full admission cycle.
2. Operations Management
- Coordinate batch schedules, attendance, and daily training operations.
- Support candidate onboarding, documentation, and verification.
- Maintain CRM entries and operational trackers.
3. Program Coordination
- Track candidates’ learning journey across A1–B2 levels.
- Liaise between students, trainers, and internal teams.
- Resolve operational questions and maintain smooth communication.
4. Founder Support
- Work directly with the Founder on execution tasks.
- Assist in MIS reporting, weekly updates, and process improvements.
- Support new initiatives as the program scales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable in online counselling and candidate handling.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- MBA (mandatory)

- CTC: 6,00,000 per annum
- Fully sponsored German language training (A1–B2)
- Monday–Saturday schedule (6 days)
