International Healthcare Recruiter Nursing (2-5 yrs) Bangalore | Full-time Are you passionate about helping nurses build global careers? Join our team as an International Healthcare Recruiter and work with leading hospitals and healthcare groups across the UK, Middle East, and the US. What Youll Do: Source, screen, and recruit qualified nurses and allied health professionals for overseas roles Coordinate interviews, exam readiness (IELTS/OET, NCLEX, DHA, HAAD, etc.), and documentation Manage end-to-end recruitment and immigration processes Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain ATS/Excel reports Serve as a point of contact between candidates and international clients What Were Looking For: 25 years of experience in healthcare / overseas staffing Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Familiarity with international licensing exams and visa processes is an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What We Offer: Competitive salary (INR 6-12 LPA) + incentives Annual hikes up to 30% based on performance ESOPs for long-term team members A chance to grow your career in global recruitment
