The role ensures that only competent caregivers are hired and that they deliver safe, reliable, and compassionate care to clients in homes or healthcare facilities. We are seeking candidates specifically from the North Eastern region of India . Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Participate in screening and interviewing caregiver candidates. Assess practical caregiving skills, communication ability, and patient handling readiness. Provide recommendations for final selection. Training & Skill Validation Conduct orientation for newly hired caregivers on company protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety. Test caregiver competency in areas like personal hygiene, vitals monitoring, eldercare, mobility support, and infection control. Provide refresher training as needed.
