Company Website : https://thepuneet.com/ About the role: As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals across various departments, including sales, property management, marketing, and operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the real estate industry. Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as sales agents, property managers, administrative staff, and corporate positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, referrals, and digital platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Manage job postings across various channels, ensuring visibility and effectiveness. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a smooth hiring process. Maintain recruitment data and generate reports to track hiring metrics and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve hiring strategies. Support the team in HR related data and activities as and when required. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Strong understanding of real estate roles and industry hiring trends. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
