About Us

We are a leading Canadian company specializing in high-end children's content. We are building our first in-house production team in New Delhi and are looking for a talented and passionate Maya Animator to join us. You will collaborate closely with our creative team in Canada to bring characters and stories to life through expressive, high-quality animation for our exciting new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate characters, props, and creatures in Autodesk Maya, maintaining appealing performance and clear storytelling.
• Work with directors and supervisors to interpret storyboards and deliver animation that matches the creative vision.
• Ensure animations are technically sound, meeting rigging, camera, and lighting requirements.
• Apply solid understanding of body mechanics, timing, weight, and acting to create believable performances.
• Collaborate with the modeling, rigging, and layout teams to ensure efficient handoffs and smooth integration across the pipeline.
• Participate in reviews and make revisions based on feedback while maintaining consistency and production quality.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing expressive character animation, body mechanics, and emotional acting.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Maya is essential.
• Solid understanding of animation principles timing, spacing, anticipation, squash and stretch, and secondary motion.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in an animation production environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a structured pipeline.
• Experience in children’s entertainment or stylized animation is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
