Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement custom Maximo applications, integrations, and workflows using Maximos APIs and scripting languages (e. g. , Java, SQL, Jython). Develop and maintain Maximo customizations, including application configuration, data migration, and report generation. Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, analysts, and other developers. Adhere to established coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in Maximo application development and administration. Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and at least one Maximo scripting language (Jython preferred). Experience with Maximo integrations with other enterprise systems (e. g. , ERP, CRM). Experience with Maximo object structures, data models, and workflows. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with specific Maximo modules (e. g. , Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management) is a plus.
