Job Description

Participate in the requirements gathering meeting with the business and/or operations team. Create and Maintain Business Requirements Document. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Solid understanding of business processes and systems, including experience with process mapping and modeling tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.
