Job Description

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo solutions, including upgrades, configuration, development, and support.
Ensure successful upgrade to Maximo version 7.6.1.3 and provide ongoing system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality Maximo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform requirement analysis, design, implementation, QA/testing, deployment, support, and maintenance of Maximo solutions.
Configure and customize Maximo modules including Domains & Lookups, Database Configuration, Application Designer, Cron Tasks, Escalations, Automation Scripts, and Workflow Configuration.
Develop and support Maximo integrations (inbound/outbound) and RESTful web services.
Build reports and analytics using BIRT.
Provide application development and support in Maximo, including basics of Java customizations.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for project delivery.
Participate in Maximo upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

IBM Maximo technical expertise.
Proven experience upgrading Maximo to version 7.6.1.3.
Hands-on experience with Maximo configuration, workflow, automation scripts, and application development.
Experience with integrations and BIRT reporting.
Development/support experience with RESTful web services.
Familiarity with Java-based Maximo customizations.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8 or 9.
Maximo 8.11 Certification.
Experience with Maximo Scheduler and Maximo Anywhere.
Domain experience in Utilities, Energy, Transportation, or Manufacturing.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in onsite-offshore delivery models.
