You are a dynamic and innovative Mathematics Teacher who will be responsible for teaching classes 5th to 7th using playful, concept-based, and real-world teaching methodologies. Your role will involve bringing learning alive through storytelling, games, problem-solving projects, and activity-based pedagogy aligned with HarperCollins curriculum resources. - Plan and deliver interactive mathematics lessons that promote conceptual understanding and logical reasoning. - Use HarperCollins textbooks and digital tools effectively to create engaging classroom experiences. - Integrate IB-inspired inquiry methods such as reflection, exploration, and application in mathematical learning. - Design hands-on activities, visual models, and math games to simplify complex concepts. - Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to track student progress and learning outcomes. - Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects connecting mathematics with science, art, and daily life. - Inspire students to see mathematics as a way of thinking, not just calculating. To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mathematics / Education. - B.Ed. is mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (experience with IB / inquiry-based learning will be an added advantage). - Strong command of English communication and classroom management skills. - Proficiency in digital teaching tools, math manipulatives, and activity-based learning techniques. - Passionate about making mathematics joyful, relatable, and conceptually deep for middle school learners.
