Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Professor to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, conduct research, guide academic projects, and contribute to curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate Mathematics courses such as Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, etc.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with course objectives.
Mentor and guide students in academic projects, research activities, and career planning.
Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputed academic journals.
Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and institutional development initiatives.
Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.
Conduct remedial classes or workshops to support academically weaker students.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Statistics; Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or research experience in a reputed academic institution.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and blended learning methods is an advantage.
