Role Overview: Deeceeline, an Early Age Ed-Tech Start-up, is looking for a CA Foundation Quantitative Aptitude Faculty to join their team in Noida (Delhi NCR). As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting live classes for CA Foundation and related exams, delivering high-quality YouTube sessions, curating content for booklets and mock tests, designing theory notes and question banks, resolving student doubts, and contributing to curriculum improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct live classes for CA Foundation and related exams, focusing on paid courses. - Deliver engaging YouTube sessions to reach a wider audience. - Curate, draft, proofread, and finalize content for Quantitative Aptitude booklets and mock tests. - Design theory notes, question banks, and ensure exam-aligned material preparation. - Personally handle student doubt resolution and test evaluation. - Take complete ownership of the Quantitative Aptitude subject for teaching, content creation, and achieving results. - Actively contribute to curriculum improvement and internal training programs. Qualifications Required: - Strong subject expertise in Quantitative Aptitude at the entrance exam level. - Excellent teaching, communication, and student engagement skills. - Ability to write, proofread, and structure error-free academic content. - Experience in conducting live batches and digital/online student interactions. - Previous experience in teaching CA Foundation Batches. - Proficiency in using online teaching tools, content creation platforms, and feedback management systems. - Self-driven with an ownership mindset, focusing on continuous improvement.
