Position:
Full‑Time Math & Science Teacher

Location:
Dwarka Mod, New Delhi, Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics and Science across predefined classes / age groups.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess, monitor, and report on students’ academic progress; provide remedial support as needed.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment emphasizing curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking.
• Maintain discipline and encourage good behaviour, social values, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other staff, caregivers, and management to support holistic development of students.
• Organize practical experiments, projects, and hands‑on activities in science where applicable.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other documentation as required.
• Support the overall development and well-being of the children

Any other task as may be assigned by the Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Ed / equivalent) in Science / Mathematics or related field. Higher qualification preferred.
• Prior experience teaching Math & Science (preferably in residential or welfare / NGO settings), minimum 1‑2 years preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English / Hindi.
• Ability to motivate students, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to the welfare of children.
• Good organizational skills; ability to manage classroom resources and time well.
