Position: Full‑Time Math & Science Teacher Location: Dwarka Mod, New Delhi, Delhi Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics and Science across predefined classes / age groups. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Assess, monitor, and report on students’ academic progress; provide remedial support as needed. Foster a positive, supportive learning environment emphasizing curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking. Maintain discipline and encourage good behaviour, social values, and teamwork. Collaborate with other staff, caregivers, and management to support holistic development of students. Organize practical experiments, projects, and hands‑on activities in science where applicable. Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other documentation as required. Support the overall development and well-being of the children Any other task as may be assigned by the Coordinator. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Ed / equivalent) in Science / Mathematics or related field. Higher qualification preferred. Prior experience teaching Math & Science (preferably in residential or welfare / NGO settings), minimum 1‑2 years preferred. Strong communication skills in English / Hindi. Ability to motivate students, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Patience, compassion, and commitment to the welfare of children. Good organizational skills; ability to manage classroom resources and time well.
