Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Teach Mathematics at the JEE Advanced level. Take full ownership of student performance and classroom delivery. Plan and execute high-quality lessons aligned with JEE Advanced standards. Identify student learning gaps and provide targeted support through one-on-one sessions or small group discussions. Work independently and take proactive steps to address academic challenges. Spend time with students beyond regular classes to help with their learning and performance improvement. Build a strong academic culture and contribute to the overall development of the centre. Requirements : Education: BSc./MSc./ B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or equivalent required Experience: At least 3- 4 year of work experience Skills: · Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at the JEE Advanced level. · Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly and deeply. Personality traits: · High sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision. · Willingness to go beyond routine responsibilities – including doubt solving, mentoring, and student support. · Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a new environment. Language Proficiency: Knowing Punjabi is a plus, as it helps in better student connect and understanding.
