Mathematics Faculty

As a Mathematics Faculty member at our institution, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your role will involve imparting a love for mathematics and contributing to their academic and personal development. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Curriculum Planning and Delivery:** - Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the school/college curriculum and educational standards. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and engage students in the subject matter. - **Classroom Instruction:** - Facilitate interactive and participatory classroom discussions. - Use technology, visual aids, and real-life examples to enhance understanding and application of mathematical concepts. - **Student Assessment:** - Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students" comprehension and progress. - Provide constructive feedback to students and regularly communicate with parents on academic performance. - **Student Engagement:** - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation and collaboration. - Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions. - **Individualized Support:** - Provide additional assistance to students who may need extra support in understanding mathematical concepts. - Implement strategies to cater to the needs of diverse learners. - **Professional Development:** - Stay abreast of educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the field of mathematics. - Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the school/college. - **Parent Communication:** - Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and other communication channels. - Collaborate with parents to support students" academic and personal growth. **Qualifications Required:** - For School Level (PRT, TGT, PGT): - Regular/Full-Time Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics preferably with B.Ed. - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. - Strong command of mathematical concepts across various levels. - Effective classroom management and communication skills. - For College Level (Assistant Professor/Associate Professor): - Regular/Full-Time Master's degree in Mathematics with M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D. - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. - Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics in students.
