Job Description

You will be responsible for managing import documentation including invoices, picklists, and AWB/SWB. It will be your duty to send pre-alerts to CHA and ensure checklist verification. You must verify that all deliveries have signed delivery paperwork and communicate with customers/lease companies regarding their deliveries, collections, and relocations via telephone and email. Additionally, you will need to liaise with subcontractors, workshop, warehousing team, and other internal departments as required. Your role will involve checking that all correct paperwork is received from SOP and Sales before scheduling, updating SOP and Sales once a delivery date is confirmed. You will be responsible for MIS reporting, import ordering, keeping records of import documents, and sharing them with accounts. Furthermore, you will need to collaborate with MRP labeling clauses/LM, oversee E-waste management as per CPCB guidelines, and handle returns. In this position, you will also be required to work with CHA for priority clearance of all import shipments, manage insurance and claims for damages or lost cases, place SAP orders, and handle vendor management. The ideal candidate for this role should be a Supply Chain Management professional with a background in imports, hold a degree of Graduation or above, and possess knowledge of Oracle Suite and SAP. Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the service and imports industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, mandatory Graduation (or equivalent), and good numeracy and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
