Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling import documentation such as Invoice, Picklist, AWB/SWB, and sending pre-alerts to CHA. Additionally, you will verify checklist, ensure all deliveries have signed delivery paperwork, liaise with customers/lease companies, subcontractors, workshop, and warehousing team, as well as other internal departments. You will also manage MIS reporting, import ordering, records of import documents, MRP labelling clauses, E waste management, insurance and claims, SAP order placement, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Import documentation management including Invoice, Picklist, AWB/SWB, and sending pre-alerts to CHA - Verify checklist and ensure signed delivery paperwork for all deliveries - Communicate with customers/lease companies, subcontractors, workshop, warehousing team, and other internal departments - Manage MIS reporting, import ordering, records of import docs, MRP labelling clauses, and E waste management - Liaise with CHA for priority clearance of import shipments - Handle insurance and claims for any damages or lost cases - Place SAP orders and manage vendor relationships Qualifications Required: - SCM professional with a background in imports preferred - Graduation or above qualification - Knowledge of Oracle Suite and SAP - Minimum of 6 years of experience in service & imports industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good numeracy and analytical skills Note: Xerox Holdings Corporation has been a leader in redefining the workplace experience for over 100 years.
