We are looking for candidates with a B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD qualification and expertise in CALPHAD, pycalphad, and other CALPHAD-based solutions. Your role will involve analyzing CALPHAD results to deduce thermophysical properties of multicomponent materials or alloys. Additionally, you will need to have an understanding of alloys commonly used in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry. Your responsibilities will include exposure to computational modeling of materials, microstructure analysis, and familiarity with phase diagrams. Experience with Monte Carlo algorithms, thermo-calc, and developing industry-grade case studies to demonstrate software capabilities in Additive Manufacturing will be essential. You will also contribute to the validation and verification of multiphase solvers and testing the robustness of simulation software specialized for Additive Manufacturing. In this role, you will be involved in data-driven training and testing of case studies related to Additive Manufacturing, as well as understanding the microstructure of alloys to deduce material properties.
