Material Management

As a Material Management professional with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Customer order Management and supplier procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Arranging and modifying Customer order plans and schedules based on production capacity and delivery requirements. - Distributing production plans and tasks to teams for seamless execution in coordination with logistics. - Rescheduling and fine-tuning Customer orders in response to changes and urgent situations. - Managing production by providing problem-solving support for customer order changes, materials status, and capacity issues. - Reviewing and controlling order delivery performance to ensure alignment with requirements. - Managing parts procurement, schedules, processing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery from suppliers. In addition to the above key responsibilities, your role will involve: - Contributing to the optimization of Customer order Management and supplier procurement processes. - Conducting Inventory Control and analysis. - Communicating with internal/external Customers, Suppliers, and Third Parties. - Regularly engaging with team leaders to review Customer orders and purchase orders. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams (CFT) effectively. - Demonstrating strong technical and manufacturing knowledge. - Leveraging experience in order management and procurement to drive operational excellence.
