Job Description:

We are hiring a fresher (Master’s level) to assist in sales coordination and client support for our wellness services. This is a backend and client-interaction role requiring professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle backend coordination for client sessions and workshops

Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email

Maintain client follow-up records and ensure timely assistance

Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth operations

Provide support in basic documentation and reporting tasks

Represent the brand with a calm, composed, and supportive attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Psychology or MBA

Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Emotionally mature, calm, and client-friendly behavior

Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the brand

Basic computer and coordination skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
