Master Teacher - Physics & Maths for Tamil Nadu

Role Overview: As a Master Teacher at Avanti Fellows, you will be the backbone of the classroom operations at one Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya school. Your main responsibilities will include teaching, inspiring, training, and motivating students towards achieving their learning goals. You should have 2-4 years of teaching experience at JEE Advance/NEET level. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct offline classes, prepare presentation slides, and teach students for approximately 30 hours a week using Avanti's unique pedagogy. - Monitor students" progress, classwork, and homework to ensure they are on track to achieve their learning goals. - Encourage self-discipline and punctuality in the Avanti Classroom. - Orient new hires about Avanti Pedagogy, conduct training sessions, and help improve their teaching skills. - Build strong relationships with students, provide academic support, and guidance on career paths based on their strengths and interests. - Engage with parents regularly to discuss student performance and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings. - Consistently collect feedback, analyze students" performance, track high/low performers, and provide necessary support. - Initiate additional learning culture initiatives such as expert guest sessions, field trips, and scientific debates. Qualification Required: - Basic proficiency in using computer software. - Full-time degree in M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech. - Passion for teaching and working in the Education Sector. - Previous teaching experience is a plus. - Proficiency in Class XI & XII Maths. Experience required is 4-6 years teaching JEE/NEET level. - Belief that all students can learn and achieve their goals. - Ability to connect with, inspire, and motivate students. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
