Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will be: - **Production Planning:** - Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability. - Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution. - **Demand & Capacity Management:** - Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly. - Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts. - **System & Data Management:** - Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems. - Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and quality teams to align production plans with business goals. - Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings. Who you are: - You are detail-oriented and thrive in a structured, data-driven environment. - You have a proactive mindset and can anticipate challenges before they impact operations. - You are a strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams toward a common goal. - You are passionate about continuous improvement and operational efficiency. For this role, you will need: - 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and scheduling software. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Preferred qualifications that set you apart: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
