In order to support our material master automation journey as part of the Automation team bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing our businesses to create timely, accurate and complete material master records. Responsible for translating business strategies, opportunities, and needs into IS/IT automation / simplification requirements, and playing a key role within the automation team to specify, test and deploy them as cutting edge solutions.
• Support the Program Manager and the Regional Functional Relationship Managers in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
• Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
• Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.
• Document training materials for the automation technologies.
• Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams.
• Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the controlled start activities.
• Work with the Program Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
• Secure by early business feedback that the MVPs defined will really provide the desired value (MVP taste-testing)
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement.
• Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.

• Other NBS centers.
• University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)
• Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
• Experience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Mass Maintenance)
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Understanding of modeling techniques
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes.
