As a Data Governance Specialist for SAP Master Data Governance within the Hitachi Energy Data Governance & Data Management Team, you will play a crucial role in enabling and providing solutions for all data objects in SAP MDG and other data topics from guidance and governance perspectives. Your responsibilities will include expertise in end-to-end SAP MDG configurations for Business Partner, Finance, and Material data. You will be the go-to solution provider for all master data topics, assisting users in issue resolution, recommending capabilities and technologies based on requirements, and providing technical support to the business team. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for facilitating stakeholder exchanges and recommending the best SAP MDG solutions. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and configuring processes for SAP MDG, making solution recommendations, coordinating incidents, preparing functional specifications, creating documentation, and demonstrating problem-solving capabilities in complex environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for integration testing and upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in SAP Master Data Governance, and possess proficiency in ABAP. You should also have experience in implementing SAP MDG solutions for Business Partner, Finance, and Material, and familiarity with SAP MDG 9.X and the latest version changes. Furthermore, you should have expertise in configuring workflows, consolidation, data quality management, and integrating business process requirements with technical implementations. Experience in troubleshooting interface-related issues, knowledge of SAP ERP logistics, and proficiency in spoken and written English are also required. Additionally, experience with S/4 HANA data migration, MuleSoft, SAP Cloud integrations, data model enhancement, data transfer, data replication framework, and business rules framework will be beneficial for this role.,
