Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Reltio MDM operations, overseeing job executions, load monitoring, and issue resolution across environments.
• Monitor and maintain production ETL pipelines to ensure data flow stability and address runtime failures proactively.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to MDM configuration, rule failures, and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SQL performance issues; work on query optimization to enhance data processing speed and accuracy.
• Ensure system health and uptime by continuously monitoring AWS infrastructure components such as EMR, S3, and Cloudgate.
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting to streamline recurring operational tasks.
• Work closely with Dev, QA, and Infra teams to support deployment, rollback, and environment setup tasks.
• Document operational procedures, incident reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and system configurations.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, incident calls, and client meetings to provide operational updates and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Follow Agile and ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and changes in a structured and traceable manner.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in ETL operations and support in a production environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM, particularly in monitoring data loads and troubleshooting rule/configuration issues.
• Advanced SQL skills, especially in analyzing and optimizing complex queries used in production pipelines.
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for automation of Ops-related tasks and log analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Partner with IT teams and external vendors for data integration.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EMR, S3, and Cloudgate, with a focus on system monitoring and recovery.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Zaidyn or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Monitor Ops pipelines and jobs, ensuring SLA compliance and issue-free execution.
• Perform root cause analysis on job failures and provide quick resolution to minimize business impact.
• Develop and fine-tune SQL queries to validate and audit downstream data.
• Ensure Reltio MDM job loads and data extractions are performing as expected.
• Monitor AWS infrastructure components (EMR, S3, Cloudgate) for system stability and proactively handle alerts.
• Participate in client and internal operations calls to report status, resolve issues, and align actions.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of daily operations, incidents, and resolutions.
