PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system troubleshooting. Monitoring and performance tuning using tools like SCOM or PerfMon. Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and basic firewall troubleshooting. Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
