Master Data Analyst

The Master Data Analyst position at Sulzer involves managing, governing, and analyzing master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and managing master data in multiple business systems, validating data quality, and enforcing data standards and governance rules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, collaborate with IT teams to enhance master data management solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data governance and quality. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in master data management, data analysis, or data governance. Proficiency in data management tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools is required. Experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry, certification in data management, and familiarity with transactional systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics are desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential to succeed in this position. The role is based in Pune, India, at the Sulzer India Pvt. Ltd. office.
