Master Data Analyst III-Vendor

As a Master Data Management Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing high-quality master data to drive business results globally. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining master data records, administering workflow tools, ensuring data quality, performing data cleansing activities, providing support to investigate and solve data issues, and driving value creation by leading training and process improvement initiatives. You will also work closely with ITS and business teams to implement new master data technologies. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for delivering master data management services globally, ensuring the high-quality of master data to drive business results. Your role will involve supporting the business in managing master data effectively, maintaining data quality standards, providing first-line support, and driving value creation through process improvement and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform creation and maintenance of master data records in accordance with quality standards - Administer master data workflow tools and execute mass updates - Ensure high-quality validation of master data according to data governance standards - Undertake data cleansing activities and support controls for compliance - Provide support in investigating and solving master data issues - Drive value creation by leading training and process improvement initiatives - Partner with ITS and business teams to implement new master data technologies **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering - 4-8 years of Master Data management experience - Clear understanding of Vendor Master Data principles and practices - Experience in Coupa and MDG (Master Data Governance) - CI/LEAN experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP proficiency - Knowledge of Power BI, Power App, WinShuttle, Macro, and/or SAP scripting At Kimberly-Clark, you will work in a performance culture dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
