ABOUT US:

Peak Performance was founded in 2016. We are a team of Sports Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist, Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists, Mind coaches; working together towards the outcome for our patients/athletes.

We, as a team, focus on growth, learning, and support towards each other. We offer services, like:

- Orthopedic Physiotherapy: Treating lifestyle-related joint and muscle aches through systematic exercise plans and progressive strengthening.

- Sports Injury Management: Reducing pain, building resilience, and improving balance and coordination through personalized sports physiotherapy.

- Strength & Conditioning: Therapy designed to help athletes and individuals recover from physical activity, injury, or surgery.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Massage Therapist at Peak Performance, you'll provide expert massage therapy services to clients, helping them relieve stress, manage pain, and enhance overall wellness. You'll work with diverse clients, assessing needs, designing treatments, and ensuring a relaxing experience. Collaboration with fitness and wellness teams will help deliver holistic client outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Client Assessments & Treatments:

• Conduct thorough client assessments, design personalized massage therapy treatments, and address specific needs (stress relief, pain management, recovery).

2. Massage Therapy Sessions:

• Provide expert massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy) in a relaxing, professional environment, ensuring client comfort and confidentiality.

3. Client Communication & Relations:

• Build rapport with clients, understand their goals, explain treatment benefits, and provide post-massage self-care guidance for optimal results.

4. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work with fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to align massage therapy with client goals; maintain accurate treatment records and track client progress.

5. Sanitation & Professionalism:

• Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace adhering to safety protocols; stay updated with massage therapy trends and techniques to deliver exceptional service and uphold Peak Performance’s standards.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

1. Freshers with relevant certification are welcome to apply!

2. Individuals passionate about helping people, and improve overall wellness through massage therapy.

3. Candidates with a valid certification in massage therapy.

4. Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

5. Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate for the same.
