About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Female Spa Therapists to join our growing team. This role is perfect for both experienced therapists and enthusiastic freshers (full training provided) who are committed to delivering high-quality massage and spa treatments. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring every client leaves feeling refreshed and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Treatments: Perform a variety of professional massage and body treatments (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy) tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.
• Client Consultation & Care: Greet clients warmly, conduct thorough consultations to understand their needs and medical histories, and ensure their comfort throughout their session.
• Maintain a Pristine Environment: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas, sanitizing equipment and refreshing linens after each use.
• Promote Wellness: Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, suggest self-care techniques (stretching, relaxation methods), and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their well-being journey.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude, building positive relationships and encouraging client retention.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the spa manager and other staff, participating in training sessions and team meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification/License: A diploma or certification in massage therapy or a related field is required (or in progress for freshers/trainees).
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills are a must. The ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued is paramount.
• Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is preferred. Willingness to learn new modalities is essential.
• Professionalism: A well-groomed, professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Physical Stamina: The physical ability to perform massages for extended periods is necessary.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are our main criteria.
