Maintain a Pristine Environment: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas, sanitizing equipment and refreshing linens after each use. Promote Wellness: Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, suggest self-care techniques (stretching, relaxation methods), and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their well-being journey. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude, building positive relationships and encouraging client retention. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the spa manager and other staff, participating in training sessions and team meetings to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills Certification/License: A diploma or certification in massage therapy or a related field is required (or in progress for freshers/trainees). Customer Focus: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills are a must. The ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued is paramount. Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is preferred. Willingness to learn new modalities is essential.
