Role Overview: You will be joining Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. for an Inbound Tech Support Process in the UK/US Shift. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. You will diagnose the problems, recommend the best solutions, and sell technical support plans along with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and provide technical support for printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions - Sell technical support plans and relevant software - Must have experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Close calls effectively and efficiently - Possess good convincing and sales skills - Work in UK/US Shift for 6 days a week - Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling technical support calls Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Ability to close calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills - Familiarity with printer, router, and antivirus troubleshooting - Willingness to work in the UK/US Shift - Good communication skills and customer service orientation Please note that all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
