As a Digital/Memory Mask Design Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling challenging high-speed digital memory circuit designs. NVIDIA, a company that constantly evolves and strives to amplify human creativity and intelligence, is looking for individuals excited to make a lasting impact on the world. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for implementing IC layout of innovative, high-performance, high-speed CMOS integrated circuits in foundry CMOS process nodes, leading the architecture and layout design of key memory subsystems, and optimizing all physical verification activities. Your role will involve driving the identification and resolution of complex physical design issues, providing guidance on IR drop and EM mitigation strategies, and developing memory compilers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement IC layout of high-performance CMOS integrated circuits in advanced technology nodes - Lead the architecture and layout design of key memory subsystems - Direct custom layout and verification of complex memory cells - Optimize all physical verification activities - Drive the identification and resolution of complex physical design issues - Provide guidance on IR drop and EM mitigation strategies - Develop memory compilers - Cultivate effective teamwork across multi-functional teams - Represent the team in technical discussions with customers - Follow company procedures and practices for IC layout activities **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B Tech. / M Tech in Electronics or equivalent experience - 2+ years of proven experience in Memory layout in advanced CMOS process - Detailed knowledge of industry standard EDA tools for Cadence - Experience with layout of high-performance memories - Knowledge of Layout basics including various types of bitcells, Decoder, LIO etc. - Experience with floor planning, block level routing, and macro level assembly - Detailed knowledge of top-level verification including EM/IR quality checks - Detailed knowledge of layout dependent effects including LOD, Dummification, fills etc. At NVIDIA, you will be part of a diverse and supportive environment where you can excel in resource management, drive innovation, and contribute to projects that align with organizational objectives.
