Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Maruti Suzuki Haring position. The primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing the production line, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues and continuously improving processes to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing and production management
• Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
