Roles & Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , First Cry, and Ajio. Optimize product visibility with engaging content and high-quality images. Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies. Analyze sales data and optimize listings for higher conversions. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams. Ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and returns management. Respond to customer queries, manage reviews, and improve ratings. Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines. Build and manage relationships with account managers on e-commerce platforms. Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies: 3-5 years of marketplace/e-commerce management experience (preferably in kids apparel). Proficiency in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and First Cry platforms. Hands-on experience in PPC ads, SEO for marketplaces, and sales analytics. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
