Marketplace Executive Location: Noida, India Experience: 2-4 years Industry: E-commerce / Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace management, listing optimization, sales tracking, and campaign execution to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Ensure proper cataloging, content accuracy, and high-quality images for all listings. Monitor competitor pricing and strategize competitive pricing for better sales. Sales & Performance Tracking: Analyze sales trends, track performance, and generate reports to improve marketplace sales. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements on marketplaces. Optimize product visibility using SEO techniques and paid advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads). Work with graphic designers and content teams to improve product descriptions and images. Customer & Vendor Coordination: Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to enhance user experience. Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers for business growth and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve listing or suspension issues. Requirements:
