EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time Job Objective:

To drive business growth by establishing and strengthening relationships with consignees, understanding their logistics requirements, and converting them into consistent clients through effective follow-ups,service coordination, and Feedbacks.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, target, and engage consignees who receive goods regularly across multiple sectors(retail, FMCG, pharma, etc.)

 Create and manage a database of active and potential consignees with contact history and engagement level.

 Conduct regular consignee’s visits, for feedback sessions and thereafter to suggest/draft way forward for management discussion, basis of feedback analysis which can enable to generate leads.

 Coordinate with operations and branch teams to ensure smooth service and customer

satisfaction.

 Address and resolve service issues promptly to retain consignee loyalty.

 Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance from consignees and take corrective actions.

 Stay informed about competitor activities, market rates, and consignee expectations and to inform reporting head/management for corrective actions.

Key Skills /Competencies & Essential requirements:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Go getter mindset with relationship-building focus.

 Basic knowledge of MIS and MS Office.

 Should have own two wheeler conveyance for visits.

Qualifications: Management Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in

Marketing/Logistics/Supply Chain Operations)
