Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Support:

• Assist in creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and prepare ad copies under guidance.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Review Management:

• Track customer reviews across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
• Draft timely and professional responses to reviews with supervision.
• Assist in analyzing feedback trends to support business improvements.

Reporting & Insights:

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and review activity.
• Present key findings to the team, highlighting actionable insights.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with senior team members and management.
• Participate in strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional teamwork in a professional environment.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
• Provide inputs to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with Google Ads / Google Analytics.
• Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing.
• Strong interest in online reputation management and customer experience.
