Marketing

Objectives of this role:

• Support marketing team in delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectives.
• Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and support.
• Support the development of marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit

• Build skill set and engage in ongoing campaigns for the company

Responsibilities

Criteria 1:

•⁠ ⁠Company will assign a locality to the Marketing Agent, The Marketing Agent have to follow up on To-Let Boards.

•⁠ ⁠⁠The Marketing Agent also have to speak to the property owners where they find the To-Let boards, explain and promote our product. Also help them to register with us on our website.

Criteria 2:

•⁠ ⁠The Marketing agent will also be responsible for the property tour. They have to take our Tenants to visit the properties.

•⁠ ⁠⁠All the data/ leads of Tenants and Property owners will be shared by our Sales Team.

The Marketing Agent do not have to proceed with any sales activity. Both criterias comes under Marketing only.

FIRST THREE DAYS WILL BE TRAINING PERIOD AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING TRAINING PERIOD WILL BE FINAL FOR ROLE.

Requirement -

Must have a bike or scooty.

•⁠ ⁠On Field

•⁠ ⁠Salary 10,000 (Fixed)+ Petrol Allowance + Incentives

•⁠ ⁠Working hours: 6 hours in a day.

•⁠ ⁠Salary incrementation upto 22,000 after three months.
