Marketing Tele-Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for promoting company products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM records.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Follow-up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Handle basic customer queries and direct detailed inquiries to senior team members.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting on call activity and lead status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English) is must.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.
• Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is a plus.
