We are looking for energetic and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting products/services, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Clickastro products/services.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally via phone and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Hindi (fluency mandatory)

• Ability to manage customer interactions confidently.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Education: Any degree (preferred but not mandatory, depending on employer requirements).
