As a Marketing Assistant, your main responsibility will be to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of marketing tasks and campaigns. You will assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies that align with the overall goals of the company. Your creativity will be valuable as you brainstorm and suggest new ideas for campaigns, marketing strategies, and content initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be a key part of your role, as you provide insights and recommendations for improvement. You will be in charge of managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that all marketing projects meet their deadlines. Additionally, you will assist in managing ad campaigns on various platforms to optimize reach and engagement, supporting the Marketing Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is a day shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday, with a morning shift. The work location is in person.
