Customer & Operations Associate

As a Customer & Operations Associate at our well-established electronics and furniture store in Erode and surrounding areas, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assisting with customer support both in-store and online - Managing product display and ensuring stock maintenance - Coordinating local deliveries efficiently - Handling online orders and addressing customer queries promptly - Tracking leads and supporting basic marketing tasks (optional: video editing/poster design) Qualifications required for this position include: - Open to all genders, ages 18-35 - No formal education requirement; however, basic skills are preferred - Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn - Bonus points if you have experience in customer service or digital tools About Us: We have been serving the Erode and nearby areas for over 10 years, offering a wide range of electronics and furniture products.
