About the Role:

Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (digital & traditional) that support business objectives
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities
• Plan and execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels, focusing on quality over quantity
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, web analytics, lead conversion, etc.) and use insights to optimize performance
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Previous work in B2B or SaaS environments
